Ads in paid version?

I paid for the app so I would not get ads. The first screen I get when I launch the app? An ad. And half the time I go to X out of that ad, it takes me to the App Store to download the advertised App I just Xed out of.

During game play there are many times it does not register my swipes to swing.

Good game, I enjoy these types, and when you remove ads from the paid version that is supposed to remove ads I will increase it to 4 stars. Fix the swipe issue and Ill give you 5 stars.
